Nov 18 Documentation | Unplanned

Words: Today Jake took senior photos for his sister Savannah today.

What you can take from this:
  • Have your subject lean against something to make them more comfortable.
  • Sometimes it's worth a short trip for a portrait session. We find neat backgrounds around or house all of the time, but Jake likes to go to a scenic near-by park to get really pretty photos. Scout out good areas to take portraits near you!
  • It's fine if you don't have much to say about a photo. I'll probably just include a caption that says "Savannah's senior pictures" in my printed documentation.

This is my unplanned documentation for the day. This workshop is about documenting what matters to you, so I'm documenting what inspires me. If you get stuck, try documenting something from the Daily Doc | Nov 2012 handout. It has 30 prompts to use if you get stuck documenting. I'm tackling all the prompts month AND doing unplanned daily documentation.

If you documented today, post a link to it in the comments section!
